Musashi, Cosmos' host tells the UPG that the Ultra Warriors along with his Ultra, Ultraman Cosmos, have been sealed inside an evil space-time castle by a warrior woman named Arina. The fate of the entire world will be at stake.

Ultraman X

A solar flare called the Ultra Flare (ウルトラフレア Urutora Furea) has awakened mysterious OOPArts known as Spark Dolls from the depths of the earth and the ocean, materializing them into rampaging monsters that terrorize the Earth. Due to this, UNVER was formed to gather, collect and secure unstable Spark Dolls and a new attack team was formed, Xio to combat monster threats.

Fifteen years later, Daichi Ozora, a member of Xio's Lab Team whom was orphaned when his parents lost in the Ultra Flare, bonds and transforms into Ultraman X to battle threats from both aliens and monsters. He soon learns of the truth behind Ultra Flare and resolves to help Ultraman X to regain his physical body after the incident had trapped him in a form of computer data.

In the middle of the series, Daichi learns of how to properly summon a Cyber Monster and thus, bringing forth Cyber Gomora, a monster modelled after his childhood Spark Doll, Gomora, becoming one of Xio's new ally and alternative for Daichi whenever X is unable to fight. At the strange time, a strange energy source dubbed by Xio as Dark Thunder Energy (ダークサンダーエナジー Dāku Sandā Enajī) frequently appears and turns ordinary monsters into berserks. Because of the energy's effect also weakens X, it nearly killed him during his fight with Tsurugi Demaaga, the first victim of Dark Thunder Energy. To counter this, a new weapon was discovered by Daichi, the X-Lugger, which allows X to become Ultraman Exceed X and use the weapon to purify monsters from Dark Thunder Energy. In accordance to an alien named Dada, humanity is on the verge of extinction from the effect of Dark Thunder Energy's assault.

Kamen Rider Ghost (2015)

Takeru Tenkūji, whose father was a ghost hunter who died 10 years earlier, dies at the hands of an evil monster known as a Gamma (眼魔 Ganma, lit. "Eye Demon") while trying to protect his childhood friend Akari Tsukimura from an attack. A mysterious hermit brings Takeru back to life and bestows upon him the Ghost Driver transformation belt and an Eyecon (眼魂（アイコン） Aikon, lit. "Eye Soul"), an orb-shaped device which can see ghostly creatures like spirits of dead creatures, Gamma, and other Riders. The hermit tells Takeru that he has 99 days to gather 15 additional heroic Eyecons in order to be brought back to life permanently, and must fight the Gamma as Kamen Rider Ghost to obtain them. He is assisted by the Buddhist priest Onari, who previously supported his father as a ghost hunter, and Akari, who tries to find more scientific and logical reasons behind their supernatural encounters. In his way are Makoto Fukami, a mysterious living young man capable of utilizing a Ghost Driver to transform into Kamen Rider Specter (仮面ライダースペクター Kamen Raidā Supekutā), and the Gamma led by Aran and his mysterious benefactor.

The Kamen Riders of Kamen Rider Ghost use Eyecons to transform and to summon the hooded jacket-like spirits called Hoodie Ghosts (パーカーゴースト Pākā Gōsuto) like the spirits of historical figures such as Miyamoto Musashi, Thomas Edison, and Isaac Newton to grant them new powers.
